We heard about a new developer program for ACMI ( GED 188) based integration in an IPCC Express environment. We understand that this is a socket level abstraction and not an API. I believe we get Call Events/ Call Control/Agent Device status etc using this protocol. Something like a very primitive CTIOS Toolkit ( but at a socket level).
My question is how do I get hold of this specification and are there sample source code for this? Also is there an IPCC Express version from where onwards this is supported or a CTI Client with ACMI interface can talk to the older IPCC Express as well?
