Hi,
We have an IPCC Express 3.5(2) setup configured for inbound call.Sometimes agents use conference(to a PSTN number)on CAD or on the phone to escalate the call to next level.
I can see a record for the conferenced call in "Agent Detail Report" but the called number is blank.
How can I can configure so that I can see this detail in "agent detail report"
