IPCC Express and CRA

Hi,

Is CRA required for deployment of IPCC Express Premium? In the flash demo, Customer Response Application Administration was used to view IPCC Express Real-time reports. Is there any other way to view these reports if CRA is not installed?

Mike,

CRA is an engine that includes IPCC Express, Queue Manager and IP/IVR. Depends on your license you can run one of these products.

So, always you have the CRA administration web page. You can access to the real time reports through the supervisor page: http:///AppSupervisor. You need to add one user to CRA with supervisor priviliges in order to get the supervisor page.
