I used the Product Upgrade Tool and ordered my customer a callmanager upgrade to 4.2. Currently they have 3.3 and ipcc express 2.5 as a coresident Server. The software that came with the Cm upgrade included the IPCC express 3.5 cd but no Pak number to register and get the 5 licenses so that I can upgrade their current one as well. Any thoughts. They have 4 separate sites, 4 clusters. I ordered an upgrade software kit for each one and none of them have the PAK key for ipcc express.
I think that you have to order an upgrade from the old IPCC Express 2.5 to IPCC Express 3.5. You have ordered an upgrade, not a new CallManager deployment. The free IPCC Express licenses come with new CallManagers deployments.
