IPCC Express: CRS Historical Report

Hi,

we have deleted some users from the IPCC ->RmCm->Resources.

These resources do not appear under the Resources in IPCC express.

But when we generate the Historical Report, we are able to view these deleted users.

Please suggest about how we can remove these users from Historical Reports.

Hi,

I think that you can not delete that users, because the statistics regarding those agents are stored in IPCC Express. You can try to delete the statistics regarding those agents, but It could be dangerous.

I think that there is no limitation for this. In our of our customers, the force desk has decided to have common agent logins: callcenter1, callcenter2, ..., instead or logins based on agent name.

With this approach you always will have got the common name.

You'll have to go in to the SQL database and delete the users in there. Look at the table "Resource" for starters; there might be a few more you'll have to dip in to.
