IPCC Express - Dialling Time Setting

A call come in, the agent's phone dials for about ~5 seconds, before moving on to another agent, another ~5 seconds, and then moving on again.

Where is setting to change this?

It's set in the script under "Select Resource" step with the "Timeout" parameter.
