Is there a way to move or rename prompts from an IPCCX ENHANCED script?

It is possible to set system variable (persistent variables), that would stay set even after the script exits?

If there are no system variables, can I write to and read from a file? This way I can write the value of variables to a text file and then read from it later.

There are many options available to you to accomplish what you are looking to do. For example, you could create a "Container Prompt" that includes both the "All operators are busy" prompt and the music. You could then use the Container Prompt as the prompt for a "Menu" or "Get Digit String" step.
