I currently have a ICD script that supports provides prompts to callers which vary depending on call queues, day of week and also time of days. I need to add to this the ability to do different messages depending on the date (ie, play a message saying we are closed for Xmas day etc). I have found various conversations here with scripts attached, but they have all expired. Anyone got a script of some pointers on how to achieve this?
