I wanted to confirm that IPCC Standard, Enchanced & Premium all use the same software. The only difference is the license that you install on the server??
That is correct. All versions use the same installation media. The license you install determines the version. Also be aware that changing from one version to another requires a reinstall.
Take a look at the link below which says, "Note: If the licenses you add include new features to the Cisco CRS system or change the LDAP directory type Cisco CRS uses, you must reinstall Cisco CRS."
