IPCC Express Not Ready to Ready to Not Ready

I am looking for a work around to be able to go from Not Ready to Ready and not accept calls and back to Not Ready, So I can use the NR codes to report agent states. Any ideas?

I am not sure what you want to achieve exactly, and why?

The whole idea behind IPCC is that if an agent is ready, he is able to handle calls.

There are options in IPCCX to set the agent to working state instead of ready state when a call just finished, but is this what you are looking for?

Please try to be more specific on what you are trying to achieve, and I am sure there are forum members able to help you.
