I ahve some problem like its shwoing under control center ,Jtapi subsystem partial service.
Also after 4-5 days ,the agent state table in the sql enetrprise manager disappearing.When I restart IPCC server again it comes back.We are using one inhouse application to monitor agent statuts realtime experience problem like its giving wrong status of the agents.this inhouse application pulling data from agent state table from Sql database.
I've seen this before and you may have some JTAPI triggers that are missing or have no associated Resources or CSQs. Not sure if you are using CTI Route Points but you may want to see if all of them have an associated agent.
