Re: IPCC express, password recovery

and in case you have UCCX 5 and above:

1 . Start the Config Object Browser.

Go to start -> run and type "cet"

(or run cet.bat in the "C:\Program Files\wfavvid" directory )

2 . Select "com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig" from the config object type tree and double click on the row at the right pane.

3. Select the "com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig" tab and change the Setup State from "DONE" to "FRESH_INSTALL".

4. Restart the node manager.

5 . Login to the Appadmin with Administrator/ciscocisco credentials.

6 . This will lead to the initial setup

Re: IPCC express, password recovery

When I do this, how much of my existing config will I be able to save? I already have the CUCM Application users in place and all of my ports/triggers/applications present, as well as my full set of scripts and prompts (this is used as an IP-IVR).

Re: IPCC express, password recovery

Basically your configuration is still there, but when you open the appadmin page it will force you to re-enter some configuration (AXL and CTI servers etc..)
