IPCC Express Prem. http triggers

I just applied the current OS SR 2000.4.3asr5 to the server and now I get "Page cannot be found" when I try to launch the application association with the http trigger. I made no changes to the triggers, application or .jsp page. I have 5 seperate application/triggers and they all fail. I get the following error in the logs which is consistent with the page not found error: 374480: Nov 13 08:51:14.992 CST %MIVR-LIB_TC-6-MSG:: Message=Ctx( ): 404 R( + /queue/queuestatshtml.jsp + null) JSP file not found,Exception=null

Would OS Patch win-K9-MS06-061-v2.exe which was released after the SR have any impact?

Is there a way to restart the TOMCAT on the IPCC server?

Thanks

Re: IPCC Express Prem. http triggers

Dig Java or .Net to dig into the real time database on IPCCx and return those results in an HTML and/or XML format.Refer URL

I'm having this same problem. Did you recently install IPCC 4.0.4 SR1 also?

That seems to be my problem.

Josh

I just recently upgraded from 3.5.2 to 4.0(4)sr1. I fixed my problem by uploading the .jsp pages in the IPCC Document Management.

Re: IPCC Express Prem. http triggers

Thanks Joe, just saw your response.

That was the fix for me as well.

Have you found where the files are stored after they are uploaded to the repository?

I would love to be able to grab the files that are active for backup purposes.

Re: IPCC Express Prem. http triggers

The scripts are stored in DC Directory on CallManager.

The way to backup scripts is to ensure you have the IPCC Express servers setup in BARS.

Re: IPCC Express Prem. http triggers

Any chance this is an IBM server? I had a problem with ServRaid Flash Copy service. It runs on port 8080 (same as tomcat). I disabled the service and rebooted. All works fine.
