IPCC Express Premium Recording Calls

Hello, We has co-located CCM + IPCC Express Premium, when try to record the call through CSD, I got a silent file - it's size only 42 bytes. How to fix it?

We have IPCC 4.0(3) and CCM 4.1

And without SPAN I can't do it?

How I understand IPCC can be IP voice monitor server...

we has second NIC(not used) on server but:

"Note: Use the Dual NIC cards on the same CRS server and use the second card for voice monitoring. (Co-located Cisco CallManager and CRS/VoIP Monitor Server configurations with dual NIC cards are not supported.)"
