Is it possible to record a conversation having IPCC Express? Thanks for any help.

It is possible to record conversations with IPCC Express.
1.Agents can record a customer call.
2.Supervisors can record an agent's call.

Can you do that directly with Cisco or you need a Third Party Tool?

Cisco IPCC Express supports recording as long you purchase the corresponding licenses for that. Because the recording service etc gets installed based on the license file. So, if you license does not have it, then it will not be installed.

I searched on this topic because I'm having trouble and found this thread, I hope you don't mind if I ask a question.
I have the license installed, (I looked) but unfortunately, my Supervisor tells me that he cannot record calls. Is there something else I should look for?
