IPCC express rollback

Hi,

My customer wants that a call placed in a queue to be transferred to operator after 60 seconds (if unanswered by agent). With that it should display something that it was returning from the IPCC queue so that operator could answer the call accordingly. Is there a way to manipulate call information in IPCC Express?

You could change the "Alerting Name" and "Display Name" setting on each of the CTI Ports to "Call Center" of something. This way, while the call is "ringing" she would see this name.

Once the call is connected the display would be gone and the original caller id is displayed.
