We are running ipcc express 4.05(SR2) and I'm having an issue with the views not updating in supervisor. For example supervisor will show 8 calls in queue when actually there is 1 according to real time reporting. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what to look at?
Real Time Reporting Resource IP ICD stats are stored in Memory on CRS Server. Both the CSD & CAD stats do not refresh automatically so make sure they are manually refreshing the stats before comparing to the Real Time Reporting Resource IP ICD stats.
You know I have ran into this in enterprise CAD in my latest deployment, and it works on some PC's and not others. I really have no idea what it could be, but its totally wierd. TAC people wanted logs and blah blah and its just kinda sat around for a long time ;) I wish someone could find the answer though!

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
