Does anyone know how the wait times are calculated for IPCC Express? I am currently using 3.5(3) on one cluster and 4.0(4) on another. Apparently the wait time one calls in the script to present the estimated wait time to callers in queue varies from the wait time in real-time reporting. I have searched the forums and documentation but have not found the calculations for both. Thanks.
