IPCC Historical Reports Call Custom Variables

I'm already able to write information to this variables and check them with the Historical Reports Client. My question is: Is there any way to change in the reports the field "Custom Variable 1" to the actual meaning of that variable i.e. "Caller Id". My customer want to see "Caller Id" instead of "Custom Variable 1" on the title of the reports.

You will need to open the report with crystal Reports to change the headers. I am not sure if the headers are in the .xml file. I would rather copy the report, open it with crystal, change the headers and then load the new report. Also, if you change standard reports, the next time you upgrade the server, it is going to get replaced. So, just copy and make a new one. Here are the steps for custom reporting.
