I need to know about Music on Hold for IPCC Express. I have a IPCC Express 4.0 Enhanced Package. CRS 4.0.2. CCM 4.1.3
I have made a script which I have attached & basically when the caller is in queue I have added the call to go on hold. Now, I need to know when the caller is put on hold according to the script, will the caller hear the CCM hold music or not. I have not been able to test the hold music as MOH is not yet configured on CCM. If it will work then I can have MOH configured on server or else am thinking on using a long prompt when in queue.
