Hi, I'm working on a project where the need to simulate realistic Call Center Traffic Generation based on adjustable levels is very critical. The ideal product would be configured to imitate real world call flows etc., to help in verification of call routing formulas. I don't see many vendors out their with this type of capability. Does anyone have any insight / recommendations in this area. This solution would also, obviously provide insight for Call Center Lab Development as well.
