IPCC Installation fails

While installtion IPCC4.5 with CUCM6.1.2 its getting error message as "Not able to make Http request to Call Manager.Verify that Call Manager exists and that you can access it".

System version: 6.1.2.1000-13

IPCCX : 4.5(2)

MCS : 7825H3

Hi,

Have you double checked network connectivity for all components involved? DNS or host files. At what point this error occurs? And also the installation-logfile can be helpful ..

Yes..I have checked the network connectivity.

All the servers are in same Vlan same subnet.

Its resolving the DNS. I already added that in the host file.

At the point when its asking for the Publisher ip address and password for the connectivity there comes the issue

The system that your IPCC is being installed on must be able to talk to Call Manager before you begin your installation.

Check the items as defined in the previous post as well as verify ALL required Call Manager services are up and fully operational.

Your IPCC installation will need to talk to the Call Manager database as well as the HTTP portion.

Just to add to all those valid suggestions verify that you enable the AXL configuration option too.
