ipcc ldap integration question

Currently we have two call centers running(one for IP Phone agent, one for PC agent)on CCM DCD directory. Customer is thinking to integrate the directory into their production Ldap, which is AD.Does anybody have experience on CCM/IPCC integration with AD?

I ran the ccm ldap integration utility to external AD in the lab. After that, CCM seems fine, however IPCC has big problem, enterprise server data subsystem is out of service, IP phone agent can't log on, getting ip phone service error. Any idea on that? Btw I also reran the configuration and repository to point to ldap. but same error. Any advice will be greatly appriciated.
