IPCC Problem Urgent

Hi,

i configure these step on ipcc server 3.5(2).

JTAPI

ICD

Application

Cisco Media

kindly tell me what else step are required to complete my configuration on ipcc server.

how can check my these configuration is rights.

how can i test ipcc with cisco call manager 4.0 version.

any tutorial gave me appricated.

Not sure what step you are at, however, you will need a script, upload prompts and create a queue.

Need to also create resources. Make sure you have CTI ports configured on CallManager and associate them with JTAPI User.

Also assign CTI ports to JTAPI trigger in Express.
