We have installed the Reporting Client (UCCX 4.0(5)) on a VM image of Windows XP, and it works great as long as I am logged into it. However, the other day the XP Image got rebooted, and none of my scheduled reports ran, because I wasn't logged into the console. Can the Reporting Client be setup as a Service, or is there something I missed during the install? We are dedicating this VM to generating the reports, and then we are using another application to pull them from specific directories, and automagically email them to the supervisors. I need to rely on the fact that the reports will be generated, so they are there when the off-box application goes to get them.
