Any one help me In CTI related issue
Some of the call variable pop up in CAD but not in CTI Screen . when one agent transfer calls to another agent get all the details ..
please help me in this issue

calls are landed to Agent, All call variables come in CAD (cisco agent Desktop) along with fill all fields in CTI Webpage which was created in , but sometimes call variables get in CAD but not fill all fields in CTI webapge
