I have IPCC Express Premium with ASR and TTS using Realspeak and OpenSpeech. Both subsystems are "In Service". TTS is working OK.
I have followed the configuration steps in the following doucument for configuration.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/prod_bulletin0900aecd8033f6c0.html
I'm looking for a script or way to test the initial ASR integration. The default aa.aef appears to have ASR integration but I'm not getting the ASR prompts played when I use that script. Is there a basic sample script to test the ASR integration from IPCC?

I'm using RealSpeak 4.0.1
This Doc lists the version compatibility with IPCC

I'm using the last realease of Realspeak (4.0.12); it should be OK.
The TTS provider is IN_SERVICE and the server is REACHABLE on IPCC administration web-page but the command "create tts prompt" fail.
I don't find any documentation on cisco web site about realpseak 4.0 and ipcc integration.
Have you modify any xml file on realspeak?
Thanks in advance

I didn't have to modify any xml files. I only had to follow the document listed above for TTS to work but I still don't have a solution on the ASR.
