We have a issue with the agent, a call is routed to an agent, which then appears 25 times in rapid succession, finally being reported as 25 missed calls. The call is inaccessable from the screen, and the call drops on the calling end. This seems to happen twice a day to different agents, recently the IPT environment was modified to remove all load from the publisher, however the issue stayed away for 2 days before returning. The customer says this started happening some time after a phone load upgrade some 5 months ago. Customer will not allow us to upgrade to version 4 CM, until we have cured the issue. Any ideas?
