We are using IPCCx 4.0(4)SR1 enhanced and are about ready to deploy a new script. During the testing the work button was brought up. Currently we have the agents go into automatic work for 10 seconds then they are made ready. This works great for the majority of the situtations but they would like to be able to use the "Work" button to put or keep the agent in a working state.
Is this possible?
Right now the button is always greyed out unless the agent is on a call and hits the ready button. As soon as the call is over however, the button is again greyed out.
