When we try to login anymore than 57 agents we are getting the following error "maximum number of license files reached". (The number of agents login in has been confirmed using the real-time stats tool on the appadmin pages).
Does anyone know where to start looking as I can't see any reason for only being able to login 57 out of the 60 seats?
Does logging in a supervisor decrease the seat license, as it doesn't show up on the real-time stats ?
