ipccx 4.5 cti port issue

Seems im not the onl one with a similar problem. CRS engine seems to go into partial service as certain CTI ports oos. I reset them on CCM 5.1 and all is ok then after a while system is back in partial service. This shows itself as busy message when RP is called

1. Ensure there is no JTAPI mismatch.

2. Are CM and UCCX servers in the same data center? Have you looked into possible network related issues?

3. What exact versions are you running?

MIVR logs show RP OOS and sometimes odd CTI ports out of service

Both servers in the same VLAN connected to the same switch

Guess I could try running the JTAI update tool
