ipccx 4.X unable to log agent in

Hi, I have finally managed to integrate my IPCCX 4.0.2 into active directory, however when I now try to start the agent, I get the following error message - "The License & Resource manager may be down. Please talk to your administrator". I have checked that the License logging service is running Ok on the server & I know that the license is OK because it worked when we used good old DC directory. Any ideas ?

Pls check if you are running into DDTS:CSCsb23149

As a workaround restart the "Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor" service.
