I have installed IPCCx 5.0(2) First node and Failover node, the installation was suceessful and i can see all the CTI ports are registered with CallManager for both First and Failover nodes.Also I have created a trigger to test the test script and it was working fine .Inorder to test the Failover process I have switch off the First node and tested the script but its giving busy tone.how i can troubleshoot this problem?
