Hi all,

hope someone could help me:

I'm tring to add 5 new users as supervisor, but if i assign theme the supervisor capability, on resurce i don't find any of these new user. So, i can't use Cisco Supervisor Desktop for monitoring.

If i try to add users with administrator, reporting and agent capability, these work fine.

Any idea?

What type of LDAP is this, Active Directory or DC Directory? When you go through the process of creating a new user from scratch and then trying to set them up as a supervisor does this work?Even though Desktop Admin can't see the supervisors, can the supervisors login to the supervisor desktops?

Try to delete the supervisor users in CallManager and recreate them.
