IPCCX 7 Add to cluster problem

Hi all,

We are having problems to add a second server to an IPCCX cluster.

When we do the initial setup of the second node using the Web Administrator page we get the following message:

"Add to cluster is failed because of ClusterException invalid icdLang: localNode=Spanish, remoteNode=English"

The first node language related settings are configured as follows:

System Parameters --> Default Language = Spanish (Spain)es_ES

Language Information:

Spanish es_ES Group Default, Country Specific

English en_US Group Default, Country Specific

First thought was change the Default Language of the first Node to English United States but this option doesn't appear in the Web Admin as an option to chose.

Second thought was to use the Edit button of the Default Language menu and put the en_US value. The problem with this option is that the first node is currently being used by the customer. All trigger applications have the Spanish(Spain) setting and all the promts used by the scripts are located in the es_ES directory. We are afraid that changing this setting in System Parameters can interfere with applications currently running.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much.

PD: Sorry for my English.

Re: IPCCX 7 Add to cluster problem

Update:

After opening a TAC request we were told to run a repair procedure on both nodes to reset language setting to default.

We follow the procedure step by step but the same problem arises, when we try to add the second node to the cluster the following message appears:

"Add to cluster is failed because of ClusterException invalid icdLang:

localNode=Spanish,

remoteNode=English"

Any help will be much appreciated.

Many thanks.
