I am facing below problem:
When we try to check the Real Time Reporting status , it shows the status as not connected. We are not able to view any real time statistics.
Version details are as follows:
Cisco Application Administration - 4.0(4)SR01_Build029
Package: IPCC Express Premium
I have seen this before & the two fixes I have seen are are:
1) Check to make sure your JTAPI versions match between Call Manager & UCCX.
2) Server reboots also seems to clear the issue up.
I checked the RTR subsystem and Database subsystem.
RTR subsystem was running but database subsystem was stopped.
Rebooting the the server solved the problem

I am also having this problem with 5.0(2) UCCX Standard. The RTR subsystem is in services, as is everything else. RTR was working fine, and now I get the status: not connected.
Has anyone seen another solution other than a reboot?
