We have an IPCC Express 4.0(5a) cluster.
When I try to synchronize Directory Services from Cisco Desktop Administrator, a message prompts me that synchronization completed with errors.
What may be the reason? Where can I troubleshoot this (log files..)?
Here is the error message found in the DirAccessSynSvr0001.log under C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\log :
09:04:30 05/03/2007 INFO ACMI0016 AcmiConnectionMgr::EstablishConnection: No confirmation in starting session .
What may be the reason ?
first, run C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin\postinstall.exe to verify the CallManager IP address is correct.
if that didn't fix it, run C:\Program Files\Cisco\bin\CRSAdminUtil.exe to synchronize CCMService password.
if that didn't fix it, open a TAC case.
The logs are C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\log\DirAccessSynSvr*.*
