IPCCX Help

I have a limited knowledge of IPCCX. I have installed IPCCX 5.0 and i am in need of some assistance. I need to create a script that when all operators are busy a recording is played to the next caller that "All operators are busy" and it will place the caller in a hold queue. I currently have the operators using the attendant console with extension mobility. I have been told that i would now need to make them all "agents" and run a script to get my desired effect. Is there anywhere i can find a copy of a sample script? or anyone who has done this so i can study their script. an .aef would be nice to look at and study..I currently have three (3) inward DID numbers shared by my operators.
