IPCCX historial report with different time zones

Hi,

We're using IPCCX 4.0(5) with Enhancement Edition. Now, we're planning to deploy a simple call centre over Asia countries. The call flow includes

time-of-day control. Since the physical server of IPCCX is located in HK, so how the script can cater for different time zone? Does anyone get the sample script for study? Besides, we also find that the historical report is also based on server time. So, custom report is very urget. Does anyone has such experience and share the report template with me?

There is no time zone adjustment for the Time of Day--it has to be based off the server time zone
