IPCCX IP Phone Agent Failover

Hello,

I have a doubt about the IP Phone Agent behavior during a failover event of an IPCCX 4 environment.

Supposing to stop the CRS engine only without power off the active server, is the IPPA able to switch the controls to the standby CRS engine or I need to use a backup XML service configured with the second CRS server IP address?

You need to configure two login URLs on callmanager, pointing to two IPCC servers. Then you have to manually login to the 2nd URL for the failover. It needs to be done manual.
