IPCCX Phone agent stat

I have 10 users using phone agents and supervisor is using the CAD to monitor the agents.

We can see the users in supervisor desktop , but can't see the stats like to / from calls , durations etc..

You should be able to see all that. May be you just have to look bit more. See page 14 and or 29 onwords.
