I have implemented IPCCX 4.0(4) with 24/7 recording with agent software automation (only 30 agents). But all recordings are in .raw format with separate files for inbound and outbound voice traffic. There is conversion utility that converts two raw files into single wav file.
To make this short: Is there a way to automate this conversion from raw to wav or to change some setting to make server record wav files? Is there utility that can do bulk conversion from raw to wav?
