IPCCX:Problem in "Agent Not Ready State"

Hi,

We are running IPCC Express premium 4.0.

we are facing a problem: If Agent is in "Ready state" for 45 mins,(after 45mins)automatically Agent state goes to "Not ready state"

Please help me out to resolve this problem.

Krishna,

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Sounds like its set in your desktop. go to your desktop administrator and change the idle time out.

If you are not using the desktops but just 79xx you can go to CRS RMCM and change that.
