IPCCX Recording - how to change audio file name?

Hi all,

Now we are using the built in recording tool for IPCC Express. Things work well but there are some inconveniences. One of them is the file names of recorded calls. I wonder if we can do smt so the file name can contain the caller ID of the customer (so we can easily pick the right audio file we need when checking with the customer)

You can modify the script to capture ANI information from the caller on the "Get Call Contact Info" step and place the ANI value inside a string variable you define. Once you have done that you will modify the "Write Document" step after the recording step to save the file to disk, use the expression editor to append the string variable to the file name.
