I have an IVR application (running IPIVR version 7.0(1) SR05_Build504) that requires use of custom jar files to connect to an Oracle database. The applicable jar file (classes12.jar) has been uploaded under Document Management to the default classpath, added to the Custom File Configuration list, and the CCX engine restarted to reinitialize Java settings. However, when I execute the script it fails with Java error "NoClassDefFound" (stack trace attached).
The same script utilizing the same jar files runs fine on a parallel IVR connected to the same Call Manager. Any ideas why this class/jar file is not being recognized by this IVR?
