IPPA Agents Logged Off Intermittently UCCX 126.96.36.19902-22
I recently upgraded to UCCX 8.5.1..11002-22 from 7.0(1)SR05 Build504. Since doing the upgrade the agents that are using IPPA to login to the Call Center have been experiencing the following issues. Wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this and what they did to fix it.
If Operator 1 logs off to go to lunch and then signs back on it will log off Operator 3. The agent will have to log out completely and log back in to their phones using IPPA.
Have recieved the following errors on the phones when Operators log off and back on for lunch, breaks, end of shift
-Agent not on active call, kicks users off
-Cannot change agent state/phone out of service
-Cannot change current state
When all these errors are being generated, the agent can hit OK and get put in Not Ready, and then go to Ready, however they cannot recieve any calls until they log back in. I have a case opened with TAC right now, but not getting very far.
