Is it possible to see a Calender Entry as a Agent?

Hello guys,

i have a question for the integration of outlook in Cisco Contact Center.

When i´m a receptionist and a client is calling and want to speak a specific guy inside my company. The agent is able to see his presents, i think this should be no problem. Isnt it?

But is it also possible, that the receptionist see the current Calender Entry of this guy?

I mean, it would be nice, if the receptionist could say to the customer, that for example, the guy is in vacation today.

Maybe you could tell me if this is possible in Cisco Contact Center or if you know other product who can provide me this feature.

I do not think that you will be able to do this with a contact centre product. You will probably need to use a third party operator console to get this functionality.

Arc Premium can do it but is not cheap.

Have a look at the training video for Presence Management for more details

There is a product called Peter Connects which can also do it which looks quite good - have not installed it myself so no idea on costs or quality.

These solutions may also need you to deploy CUPS or Lync to get the calendar integration
