We were running a co-located version of IPCCx and are going to move it to another server. We want to start off with a fresh configuration of IPCCx but there are 2 Profiles listed in LDAP. How do we remove them? Is it as simple as deleting the OU's assoicated with them? We don't care about any of the data that's out there right now.
Thanks

Hi
go to DC Directory Admin
And one by one delete your IPCC cluster profiles, created during installation of ipcc, delete all profiles you find

It is as simple as deleting the profile from the IPCCx config page in the appadmin. Just be careful.

I have actually uninstalled IPCC from our Call Manager server so I don't have access to the appadmin page. When I try to reinstall it tries to install in high availability. I'm going to remove the profiles from the DC.
Thanks!
