Issue with RONA and Agent desk settings.

ICM script that runs an external IPIVR script that collects five digits and returns it to ICM as PeripheralVariable9. Then returns a ?Dynamic Label? of PeripheralVarible9. If agent is on a call or in ready status and doesn?t answer the call after 19 second it goes to the RONA script. At the end of the RONA script I have a dynamic label that send the call directly to voice mail for PeripheralVariable9.

I did an dump log on OPC and found that the PeripheralVariables are not making it to the RONA script. Any ideas, anyone? Below is the OPC log. DN for the RONA is 70999.

can you see any other call dispositions in the ICM termination call detail SQL table
