Hi,
I have CRS 4.0(4), we have installed HR client S/W, we have some issues
1- the reason codes configured at desktop administration doesn't appear at Agent Not Ready state summary report.
2- There is some codes i don't what does it mean
1.Aborted and Rejected Call Detail Report
a. Reject: Setup Failed
2.Agent State Detail Report
a.Code 32757 =CM Failover
b.Code 32762 =Agent went Off-hook
c.Code32764 = CRS Failover
3.Agent Not Ready Reason Code Summary Report
a.Code 32757 =CM Failover
b.Code 32758 =Work state timer expired
c.Code 32762 =Agent went Off-hook
